  • This is a licensed boarding facility but it is still our home – we ask that you be respectful of that and DO NOT ENTER ANY fences, gates, or doors without a VPS representative present.
  • VPS provides blankets, beds, dishes, crates, pillows, etc. but if you wish to bring your own, please label all items with your pets name.
  • Payment to VPS can be made by cash or check and is due on the 1st day of boarding.  We do not accept credit cards.
  • If your pet becomes ill just prior to boarding please inform VPS immediately.  In some cases you may be asked to take your pet to your vet where he/she can be properly monitored with no risk of getting others sick.  VPS reserves the right to refuse your pet if we feel it is showing signs of being ill.

A.  Yes.  We have the ability to accommodate this situation.  It is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  We recommend a meeting prior to boarding arrangements; during that meeting we will observe the dogs behavior:
-is the dog urinating inside the home?
-is the dog showing aggression towards the other dogs?
-is the dog extremely hyper or restless?
We try to accommodate everyone, but a dog that shows signs of a lack of bladder control, aggression and other negative behaviors will not be allowed to stay.
